Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Service Designer to lead service design efforts across CenterWell, translating research into actionable service concepts and experience strategies that align people, processes, technology, and data.

You will plan discovery research, conduct partner interviews, map journeys, and create current and future-state blueprints detailing frontstage and backstage interactions. Travel may be required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in service design, design, human-centered design, design research, behavioral or social sciences, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in service design, experience design, design research, or related field.
• Experience with storytelling, presentation, and facilitation; ability to communicate recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery research, partner interviews, journey-mapping sessions, and workshops.
• Create current and future-state service and experience blueprints detailing frontstage/backstage interactions.
• Translate findings into clear opportunities and actionable recommendations across people, processes, technology, and data.
• Summarize qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify connections and opportunities across functions.
