Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in service design or related field.
• 3+ years in service design or related field.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills for leadership communication.
• Experience creating service blueprints, experience blueprints, customer journeys, ecosystem maps, and other artifacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft apps and collaborative mapping/visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multi-workstream delivery.
• Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative inputs into opportunities and recommendations.
• Experience with discovery research and partner interviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery research, partner interviews, journey-mapping sessions, and workshops.
• Create current and future-state service and experience blueprints clarifying frontstage/backstage interactions and handoffs.
• Summarize findings and translate them into actionable opportunities and recommendations.
• Coordinate contributors and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
