Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Designer to join the Insurance Product Experience (IPX) team. You will lead research, define visions, and craft service blueprints to improve member experiences across channels.

Collaborate with UX/UI, product, marketing, and operations to integrate digital tools with offline touchpoints. Remote-friendly, with travel as needed; 40 hours weekly; base pay ranges from $115,200 to $158,400 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design or research field.
7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design and/or illustration.
Proficiency in Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead vision definition and concept development projects, user research, analysis and synthesis, concept ideation, prototyping and testing, and implementation planning.
Lead co-creation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on needs and generate ideas.
Design and deliver artifacts like service blueprints, prototypes, frameworks, and concept illustrations.
Collaborate with UX/UI, product, marketing, and operations to ensure integration of digital tools with offline touchpoints.
Demonstrate emotional IQ and strong stakeholder relationship skills to enable cross-enterprise delivery.
Stay informed about health insurance, digital health, and service design best practices.
