Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Professional Service Designer to lead service design initiatives across core business lines. You will translate research and stakeholder insights into actionable concepts, aligning people, processes, technology, and data to improve patient and member experiences.

You will plan discovery research, conduct partner interviews, and facilitate workshops to identify opportunities. You will create current and future state blueprints and journeys to guide service improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in service design, design, human-centered design, research, business or related field.
• +
• 3+ years of experience in service design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery research, partner interviews, journey-mapping sessions, and workshops.
• Create current and future-state service blueprints, journeys, and ecosystem maps.
• Summarize findings and translate into opportunities and recommendations across people, processes, technology, and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align frontstage and backstage touchpoints.
