You will translate research into blueprints and actionable recommendations, aligning people, processes, technology and data to deliver the intended experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in service/design/related field.
• 3+ years in service design or related field.
• Storytelling, presentation and facilitation to leaders.
• Experience creating service blueprints, journeys, ecosystem maps, and flows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design projects translating insights into blueprints and actionable recommendations.
• Plan discovery research, partner interviews, journey-mapping sessions and workshops.
• Translate findings into opportunities and recommendations across people, processes, technology and data.
