Job summary

Vision Net in Montana seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead customer service implementations from order handoff through activation and transition to the NOC. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with SLAs.

The role requires 5–7+ years in telecom or enterprise services, strong cross-functional skills, and willingness to travel for site visits and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in telecom or enterprise services.
• 3+ years managing complex telecom solutions.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for service implementations.
• Own end-to-end service delivery lifecycle from SO execution to NOC handoff.
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules, milestones, risk logs, and escalation plans.
• Coordinate internal resources across Engineering, Construction, Operations and vendors.
• Lead issue resolution and communicate progress to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate ORT and MTO activities with the NOC.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery procedures and reporting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
