Job summary

Vision Net, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead customer service implementations from Order Management handoff through activation and handoff to the NOC.

The SDM will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure on-schedule delivery, within budget, and aligned with contractual obligations. The role requires 5–7+ years in telecom or related fields and 3+ years managing complex telecom solutions, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and certifications such as

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in telecommunications, wholesale carrier, or enterprise managed services network operations, or project management.
• 3+ years managing complex telecommunications solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery lifecycle from SO execution through service acceptance and handoff to the NOC.
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules, milestones, risk registers, and escalation plans.
• Coordinate internal resources across Engineering, Construction, Operations, and vendors to drive timely delivery.
• Lead issue resolution, manage escalations, and communicate progress to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and Managed Takeover (MTO) activities with the NOC.
• Support continuous improvement of service delivery procedures, tools, and reporting.
