Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud to own the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our Service Cloud platform. This full-time role sits on the Engineering & Technology team, serving enterprise support and care teams.

You will partner with Support Operations and CX leaders to translate processes into scalable Salesforce configurations, mentor admins, and drive adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (required).
• Preferred: Advanced Admin, App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant certs.
• Hands-on with Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements & Milestones, Lightning Knowledge, Flow Builder.
• Experience with CTI/telephony integrations and Einstein for Service is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own case management configuration including queues, routing, and record types.
• Configure the Lightning Service Console, Knowledge base, and taxonomy.
• Build entitlements, SLAs, and milestones to enforce commitments.
• Design declarative automation in Flow; collaborate on Apex logic when needed.
• Manage users, licenses, profiles, sharing rules, and sandbox releases.
• Own reporting/dashboards on support KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Partner with Support Ops and CX to roll out new Salesforce capabilities.
• Mentor junior admins and analysts on standards and best practices.
