Jashan Dallas LLC is seeking a dedicated server for our elevated Indian dining concept. You will own the guest journey in your section, guiding guests from welcome to farewell with poise and hospitality.

In this role, you will collaborate with kitchen and service teams, maintain timing and room flow, and mentor junior staff. A refined guest-focused approach and comfort with wine pairings are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale service experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in chef-driven restaurants or tasting menu service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence are essential.
• Comfort discussing wine pairings and beverage options with guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead service for your section from welcome to farewell.
• Guide guests through the menu, pacing, and overall experience.
• Maintain timing, table needs, and room awareness.
• Collaborate with kitchen, management, and service team for smooth execution.
• Support guest recovery with professionalism and discretion.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and pre-service prep.
• Help maintain a polished, warm, and controlled environment.
