Jashan Dallas LLC is seeking dedicated servers for an upscale dining experience in Plano, TX. You will guide guests through the menu, share the stories behind dishes, and ensure each guest feels valued in a vibrant, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Fine dining or upscale exposure is helpful.
• Genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality.
• High coachability and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute service steps with precision, consistency, and warmth
• Support captains and managers throughout service
• Learn menu details, ingredients, techniques, and service standards
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and the pace of the room
• Carry food and beverages with confidence and care
• Participate fully in training, sidework, prep, and closing duties
• Protect the professionalism and quality of the dining room
