Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will provide a high level of customer service, promote a fine dining atmosphere, and work closely with culinary leadership to meet residents' dining needs.

You will set tables, serve beverages, take orders, and ensure food safety standards while supporting special events and daily menus. A strong sense of teamwork and communication is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Serve residents and guests’ beverages as requested.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
