Jashan Dallas LLC is seeking a dedicated server for our elevated Indian dining concept. You will own the guest journey in your section, guiding guests from welcome to farewell with poise and hospitality.

In this role, you will collaborate with kitchen and service teams, maintain timing and room flow, and mentor junior staff. A refined guest-focused approach and comfort with wine pairings are highly valued.

• Fine dining or upscale service experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in chef-driven restaurants or tasting menu service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence are essential.
• Comfort discussing wine pairings and beverage options with guests.
