Jim Burke Ford Lincoln is seeking an Appointment Coordinator Supervisor to lead the Service Department's appointment coordination team and ensure exceptional customer service and efficient scheduling. You will oversee staffing, attendance, reporting, and workflow while maintaining Ford standards and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of automotive dealership experience in customer service or appointment coordination.
• Minimum two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Appointment Coordinator team and supervise daily duties.
• Schedule service appointments accurately using the shop loading system.
• Manage inbound customer communications via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, staffing, and department performance metrics.
• Escalate customer concerns professionally when needed.
• Coordinate outreach for manufacturer service leads and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee parts and service coordination, reporting, and workflow improvement initiatives.
