Job summary

You will report directly to our Site Lead, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location.

In this role, you will impact the organization's service and repair operations by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery, and setting benchmarks for excellence in customer care.

You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.
