Job summary

Harbinger in the United States is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a compact offsite vehicle repair facility. You will oversee mechanical repair, software, quality, logistics, and facility activities to ensure safe, efficient repairs that meet quality standards.

You will coordinate resources with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, drive daily priorities, monitor progress, and maintain operational readiness on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive/manufacturing/vehicle repair or service operations.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and develop mechanical, software, quality, logistics, and facility personnel.
• Set daily priorities, work assignments, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, software, inspection, and release activities.
• Track vehicle status, repair progress, aging, and overall site performance.
• Ensure repairs meet approved processes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Ensure parts, tools, equipment, and resources are available to support operations.
• Manage vehicle movement, material flow, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Maintain facility readiness, workplace organization, and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, high‑voltage, and other safety requirements.
• Drive accountability, root cause resolution, and continuous improvement across the site.
