Job summary

Simbe is seeking a Senior Service Analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid — Burlingame office 2-3x/week). You will own end-to-end service visibility, define healthy service metrics, and partner with account teams, engineering, and operations to deliver timely, accurate data to clients.

The role emphasizes process, observability, and documented investigations, with dashboards and SOPs you will build and maintain. Requires 6+ years in analytics and strong SQL/BI skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time, post-degree experience in data/operations analytics.
• Experience with SLA/SLO tracking or service-level reporting in SaaS/tech operations.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills; comfortable with BigQuery or equivalent cloud warehouse.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (Looker preferred).
• Exceptionally organized with multi-workstream management and thorough documentation.
• Clear communicator translating data findings into operational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve what healthy service means across client portfolio and contract requirements.
• Own tracking and reporting of account and fleet level performance end-to-end.
• Lead QA and root cause analysis to identify service gaps and systemic patterns.
• Document findings with precision; maintain an audit trail of issues and resolutions.
• Drive issues to resolution with engineering; prioritize escalations and ensure quality improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and tooling to monitor service health at client and fleet level.
