Job summary

TheCorporate is seeking a Senior ITSM Reporting and Dashboard Analyst/Developer to lead reporting and dashboard solutions across ITSM processes. This hybrid role involves working onsite 1-2 times per week in Oakland, San Ramon, or other locations.

The ideal candidate will design end-to-end Power BI solutions and develop ServiceNow reports, focusing on performance analytics and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have extensive experience in ITSM and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or ITSM performance reporting.
• 5+ years of Power BI development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow reporting experience across ITSM/ITOM/FSM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards with drill-downs and filters.
• Engage stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and communicate insights.
