You will communicate repair timelines, track progress, review charges with customers, and deliver an outstanding service experience, while supporting a collaborative workplace that values growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive Service Advisor role.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• CSI/customer satisfaction focused.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Gather customer and vehicle information accurately.
• Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms described by customers.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Communicate repair timelines and establish follow-up expectations.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates.
• Ensure repair orders and final invoices accurately reflect completed work.
• Review completed repairs and charges with customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process.
