Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager for River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Illinois. You will collaborate with the Service Director to drive results and act as liaison to customers and technicians.

You will help present repair recommendations, write repair orders with transparent cost/time estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with customers
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor/Service Manager experience
• Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is a plus
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders for customers with clear cost and time estimates
• Provide timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology
