Job summary

The Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager located at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. This role collaborates with the Service Director to drive results, while serving as the liaison between customers and technicians and presenting repair recommendations to maintain vehicle condition.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor/Service Manager experience.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextSenior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager,Located atRiver Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM,theSenior Service Advisoris a critical role working with the Service Director to help drive team results to meet department objectives; and working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
