Job summary

Confidence Auto Group in Goliad, TX is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. You will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish while helping drive department sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
