Priority Auto Care is seeking a seasoned Senior Automotive Service Advisor to lead front-counter interactions, explain repairs, and drive KPI-based sales while maintaining trust with customers and technicians.

You will handle intake, repair orders, estimates, and status updates, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate documentation across a busy shop environment in Loudon, TN.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Senior-level automotive service writing ability.
• Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several repair orders at once.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales and KPI expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
