Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Service Account Manager in Marietta, GA with up to 30% travel to lead a strategically important customer portfolio within our North America service business.

You will act as the customer's trusted advisor, owning service performance, contract profitability, escalations, and account growth across multiple sites. This senior role offers visibility, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in service account management or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing complex, high-value, multi-site B2B relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, including contract performance, financial results, negotiation, risk, and account growth.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships across sites and drive business growth.
• Own service-contract performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
• Lead escalations, coordinate recovery actions, and maintain executive-level communication.
• Lead business reviews and account planning using performance trends and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate service delivery, technical support, parts, projects, quality, training, digital services, and commercial teams.
• Develop opportunities in service contracts, spare parts, training, digital services, and modernization projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach less-experienced colleagues.
