Runware seeks a Senior Software Engineer to turn ambitious AI ideas into production systems. You’ll own features end-to-end, spanning backend APIs, orchestration, SDKs, dashboards, and developer tools, delivering fast, reliable outcomes for developers and business teams.

You’ll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across the company to improve performance, observability, and developer experience in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building distributed and high-performance systems.
• Strong backend/API design and implementation skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of core systems powering Runware’s AI platform.
• Build and evolve backend APIs, SDKs, and developer tools that enable AI integration.
• Architect scalable, reliable systems for inference orchestration and workload optimization.
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews and drive architectural alignment.
• Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to improve performance, reliability, and observability.
• Contribute to documentation, tooling, and SDKs that enhance developer experience.
