Placements24 is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for a remote-first team. This role emphasizes reliability, performance, and scalable ML environments across regions.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud optimization (AWS/Azure/GCP). Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to support deployment, monitoring, and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering with focus on platform engineering, DevOps, or MLOps.
• Proven cloud infrastructure experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong scripting (Python, Bash, Go) and CI/CD expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage scalable AI/ML platforms and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment (MLOps).
• Develop containerization solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Build and maintain monitoring and logging for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists to meet infrastructure needs.
• Automate operational tasks and ensure security/compliance.
• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues.
