Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute plans for one or more software/firmware teams.
• Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across multiple tech teams and customers.
• Establish a Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritization.
• Apply best practices through all program phases to enable business outcomes and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set program goals and drive on-time delivery.
