Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Server Software Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end integration of a high-performance software stack for server products in the US.

You will collaborate with SoC, software, firmware, and verification teams to ensure timely production transitions and robust reference platforms. You will influence FW architecture, manage cross-functional deliverables, and drive continuous integration efforts to improve integration quality for datacenter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Server Reference Platform SW/FW requirements traceability among all contributing cross-functional teams.
• Contributions to FW architecture and design with a focus on smooth integration and Design For Test (DFT).
• Cross-functional coordination of all deliverables across different releases of the reference platform.
• Works with SW Verification Engineering teams to ensure that all reference platform requirements have been validated at a component, integration, functional and system level.
• Works with PDM & PGM to understand key customers’ platform adoption challenges and drives to address them, in subsequent reference platform’s releases.
