Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced technical execution leader to drive post-silicon activities for server products, aligning architecture, validation goals, and performance targets with PPT and power optimization.

You will coordinate across IP/SoC validation, software, PnP, and product test teams to ensure milestone readiness and successful commercialization. This high-visibility role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.
• Master's degree and 7+ years, or PhD and 6+ years in related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive post-silicon data-center projects across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of product architecture, PPT, and post-silicon validation and optimization.
• Provide technical oversight for silicon validation plans addressing architecture and functional requirements.
• Define day-0 and week-by-week execution plans for critical post-silicon milestones.
• Coordinate matrixed teams to ensure ownership, timely decisions and delivery.
• Drive post-silicon execution, triage, and cross-functional problem resolution with IP/SoC, software, PnP, and test teams.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and actions to leadership and execution teams.
• Identify process gaps and influence improvements to meet product KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong communication with senior engineers and cross-functional leaders.
