Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in related hardware/software work.
• MS in the same fields with 7+ years experience.
• PhD with 6+ years in hardware, software, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop intimate understanding of product architecture, PPT targets, and post-silicon validation.
• Provide technical oversight for silicon validation plans aligned with architecture.
• Define day-0 and weekly execution plans for post-silicon milestones.
• Coordinate matrixed teams to ensure ownership, decisions, and delivery.
• Drive post-silicon execution, triage, and cross-functional problem resolution with multiple teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions to leadership and execution teams.
