Qualifications

• BS degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive experience with high-speed SerDes and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with DFT/testability and lab validation.
• Hands-on lab testing, data analysis and production test experience.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of SerDes system bring-up, validation and debug.
• Verify basic operations and analyze robustness and margins in system.
• Define DFT needs with design teams to improve testability and silicon yield.
• Involved in mixed-signal verification to understand SerDes operation with control logic.
