Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in high-speed electrical characterization or SerDes testing.
• Experience with high-speed TX characterization and advanced test instruments.

Responsibilities

• Own TX/RX characterization and compliance testing for SerDes interfaces.
• Perform TX physical layer metrics analysis (SNR, jitter, eye, etc.) and ensure compliance with IEEE/industry specs.
• Define and deploy automated test suites using high-performance real-time and sampling oscilloscopes, phase noise analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Collaborate with PHY design and signal integrity engineers to optimize transmitter drive settings.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards to report silicon health and parametric distributions.
