Job summary

Apple, Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal designer to join the SerDes team.

You will develop high-speed AMS circuits for SerDes PHY, evaluate topologies, and drive block-level specifications with cross-functional teams to deliver IP for Apple’s SOC. The role requires strong fundamentals in AMS, leadership of junior engineers, and collaboration with architecture, packaging, and board design teams.

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design with high-speed serial links.
• Experience and strong knowledge of AMS circuit modeling and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance AMS circuits for SerDes PHY (Rx/Tx, CDR, VCO, DLL, LDO).
• Lead block-level specifications with cross-functional teams (architecture, packaging, DFT, ESD).
• Deliver IP views to SOC teams and ensure quality standards while driving implementations.
