Job summary

Apple, Inc. seeks talented Analog Mixed-Signal designers to join the SerDes team, delivering high-performance IP for Apple’s SOC.

You will work with cross-functional design teams to create state-of-the-art IPs for next-generation products. You will lead the development of AMS circuits for SerDes PHY, evaluating topologies and ensuring best-in-class PPA, while collaborating with architecture, packaging, board design, and SOC teams to meet stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in high-speed SerDes IP development and block-level specifications.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal modeling and performance evaluation using SystemVerilog, Matlab and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance AMS circuits for SerDes PHY and evaluate topologies for Rx, Tx, clocking, and biasing blocks.
• Lead block-level specifications, mixed-signal implementations and behavioral modeling with cross-functional teams (architecture, SIPI, packaging, board design, DFT, ESD).
• Collaborate with SOC teams to deliver IP views meeting quality standards and drive new implementations.
