Job summary

Apple Inc. in San Diego seeks an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal designer to join our high‑speed SerDes team. You will develop AMS circuits for SerDes PHY, evaluate topologies, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver IPs with best power, performance and area.

Responsibilities include block‑level specification, transistor‑level implementation, and mask design coordination, with close interaction with SOC teams to ensure quality, reliability and manufacturability of next‑gen Apple silicon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong grounding in AMS design for high-speed SerDes.
• Experience with lab testing of high-speed serial I/O.
• CMOS/FinFET AMS IC development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance AMS circuits for SerDes PHY.
• Evaluate circuit topologies to meet product requirements.
• Create block-level specifications and transistor-level implementations.
• Drive mask design and ensure layout view accuracy.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to deliver IP views and ensure quality.
