Wind River Environmental is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Senior Installation Technician to oversee septic system and ATU installations, repairs, and related services in Fort Myers, FL. You will lead a team of Install Technicians, ensuring compliance with local codes and plans, and educate customers on service options.

The role includes real estate inspections, customer education, and collaboration with operations for scheduling and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CDL Class A license required.
• DOT drug screen, medical certification, and road exams may be required.
• Willingness to work weekends during peak season.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage team for optimal performance.
• Operate excavator and skid steer for septic installs.
• Read permits and site plans to locate tanks and drainfields.
• Direct workers in grading and site prep for drainfield installation.
• Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and customers.
