Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Senior Installation Technician to lead a team performing septic system and ATU installations and repairs in accordance with local codes. You will oversee installers, inspect sites, and educate customers on service options.

The role offers a competitive hourly base, with overtime potential, day shift hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years operating heavy equipment required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, physical exam and road tests.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• CDL Class A preferred with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Prior septic install/repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages install team for optimal performance.
• Reads permits and site plans to locate septic tank and drainfield.
• Operates excavator for septic tank/drainage installation.
• Directs workers in grading and prep of drainfield sites.
• Lowers septic tank using excavator and backfills with skid steer.
• Collaborates with Ops Manager to schedule workloads.
• Interacts with inspectors, vendors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
