Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years operating heavy equipment required.
• Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, and road exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage install team for septic systems installation.
• Read permits and site plans to determine tank location.
• Operate excavator and skid steer for installation work.
• Direct workers and coordinate schedules with the Ops team.
• Inspect sites and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Educate customers on services, finance options, and products.
