Croud NY is seeking a senior SEO leader to support the SEO Director and VP Organic Performance, managing a team of Senior Account Managers and Associates. You’ll drive a unified Organic Search strategy across clients, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-channel teams to deliver measurable performance.

Reporting to the Director of Organic Performance, you’ll shape ADPs, contribute to new business pitches, and stay ahead of market tools to keep Croud at the cutting edge of SEO.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience.
• In-depth demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing and SEO advertising.
• Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills.
• Mathematical and analytical mind; proven client service ability.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask; Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute client strategy to increase profit and deliver great service.
• Collaborate with teams to create and deliver ADPs for each client.
• Manage profitability and resource pacing for client accounts.
• Provide reporting and measurement of campaign effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor SEO Executives and Managers; ensure high standards of client communication.
