Croud in New York, NY seeks a senior SEO leader to partner with the SEO Director and VP Organic Performance to drive best-in-class strategies for key clients. You will manage SEO scopes, develop ADPs, mentor a growing team, and ensure execution of SEO best practices across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of all SEO components (technical, content and PR).
• Able to articulate SEO strategy to a senior audience, both externally and internally.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and SEO advertising.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated line-management, mentoring and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivering a unified Organic Search strategy for clients with specialist teams.
• Articulate strategy to senior stakeholders and cross-channel partners.
• Mentor and manage SEO Executives and Managers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Drive cross-channel processes and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies to grow client performance.
