Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients. As SEO Analyst, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role with involvement in sales calls to shape strategy and oversee internal and external specialists. You will build performance roadmaps, own results and QA, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO clients across industries
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations
• Create growth roadmaps for each client
• Own performance tracking across ads and organic search
• Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, and AI-driven content
• Ensure accurate attribution and analytics
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with PM
• Present monthly/quarterly performance summaries to clients
