Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist, SEO to own strategy, performance, and leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. This hybrid, senior role blends analytical depth with strong communication and execution oversight in a fast‑moving agency setting.

You will join sales calls, oversee specialists, and build growth roadmaps for multiple clients, ensuring measurable outcomes and continual improvement across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi‑channel full‑funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Strong with Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and recommend technical solutions.
• Create 90‑day, 6‑month, and annual growth roadmaps for clients.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, bidding, landing pages, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical/ on‑page SEO, link building, and AI content efforts.
• Track KPIs, attribution, and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
