Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to lead the enterprise-wide organic search strategy across web, app, and local listings.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AEO/SEO initiatives to boost traffic and digital revenue. This role requires deep technical SEO expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence Digital, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and Content teams as well as external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO demonstrated with measurable growth.
• Proven ability to reverse organic traffic declines and drive growth.
• Experience in multi-location or franchise environments preferred.
• Deep technical AEO & SEO expertise including site architecture and structured data.
• Experience managing enterprise-level sites with large content libraries.
• Understanding of how organic search drives revenue and full-funnel metrics.
