Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Senior Organic Growth & AEO Manager to define and drive our global SEO and AI-enhanced visibility strategy. You will lead technical SEO, AI-driven content development, and cross-functional collaboration with content, product, and web teams to optimize our digital presence.

You will architect LLM-ready content, manage KPI-driven roadmaps, and implement AI tools and workflows to scale impact across enterprise finance software audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (technical background), or Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience, required.
• 5-7+ years of technical SEO experience, preferably in fintech, enterprise software, and/or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and lead independent SEO/AEO strategies with measurable business impact at B2B SaaS companies.
• A deep curiosity & passion for winning in AEO.
• Hands-on experience with Sanity, Webflow, and/or equivalent CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global SEO + AEO strategy, including quarterly goals, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead buyer question mining to define critical questions and translate them into a topic hub and content roadmap.
• Lead holistic keyword research, gap analysis, and optimization initiatives.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements and create Claude Skills/teams for Marketing resources.
• Partner with paid media to coordinate SEO + SEM portfolios.
• Shape editorial and content planning aligned with search and AI trends.
• Monitor AI snippet performance and optimize for AI interfaces.
• Build AI workflows and ensure AI crawler accessibility across the site.
• Create llms.txt to direct AI engines to priority pages.
