Grüns is seeking a hands-on SEO & AI discovery lead to own the organic strategy across all U.S. brands. You will personally ship technical SEO on Shopify, optimize content with AI assistance, and ensure compliance and data quality for AI shopping assistants.

You will build AI-driven workflows, drive revenue-focused visibility, and coordinate with marketing, CRO, Copy, PR, and other teams. This remote HQ role offers competitive comp and benefits.

Competenze

• 6-8+ years hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven GEO/AEO results with measurable visibility improvements.
• Strong in traditional SEO and AI search.
• Fluent with SEO tools and AI visibility tools.
• Deep Shopify experience: theme/Liquid, apps, navigation, structured data.
• Uses Claude Code to build agents and workflows.
• Strong writer and editor balancing search, conversion and brand voice.
• Bonus: DTC experience or regulated category familiarity.

Mansioni

• Own the SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap for all U.S. brands.
• Ship technical SEO on Shopify: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, canonicals.
• Make products machine-readable with clean data and AI-friendly pages.
• Write and optimize content across PDPs, collections, landing, comparison pages and blog with AI-assisted production.
• Ensure SEO content compliance with approved claims; escalate when needed.
• Build off-site authority via syndication, link building and PR coordination.
• Own organic and AI visibility reporting and set targets with Finance.
• Build AI agents and workflows for research, briefs, production and audits; collaborate across teams.
