Grüns seeks a hands-on SEO leader to own our organic search and AI discovery for the U.S. brands. You will craft the strategy, ship technical SEO on Shopify, and ensure product data is AI-ready to improve visibility and first orders.

You will write and optimize content across pages and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue. You will also build AI workflows, manage off-site authority, and report results to leadership, with a strong focus on compliance and scalable impact.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, doing the work yourself rather than delegating to agencies.
• Proven GEO/AEO results with measurable visibility improvements and clear explanations of outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in traditional SEO and AI-assisted search.
• Fluent with SEO tools (Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, site crawlers) and AI visibility tools (AthenaHQ, Profound).
• Deep Shopify experience: themes/Liquid, apps, navigation, duplicate content, JS rendering, structured data.

Aufgaben

• Own the SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap across all U.S. brands.
• Ship technical SEO on Shopify including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and canonicals.
• Make products machine-readable with clean product data and AI-ready pages for shopping assistants.
• Write and optimize content across PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, FAQs, and blog with AI-assisted production while preserving brand voice.
• Ensure compliance on SEO content using pre-approved claims and escalate when needed to Science & Regulatory.
• Build off-site authority through link building, PR coordination, and unlinked mentions.
• Own organic and AI visibility reporting, set targets with Finance, and report to leadership.
• Build AI agents and workflows for research, briefs, production, and audits, partnering with Ecom, CRO, Copy, Creative, PR, Paid Search, and Retail.
