Grüns is seeking a senior SEO leader to own the organic search and AI discovery strategy across its brands. You will ship technical and content SEO, drive performance to generate first orders, and enable AI-assisted discovery. You will work remotely as part of our remote HQ, with biannual off sites for in-person connection.

Responsibilities include owning SEO strategy for U.S. brands, shipping Shopify-focused technical SEO, and improving data templates for AI assistants.

Formación

• 6-8+ years hands-on SEO experience with direct execution.
• Proven GEO/AEO results with measurable visibility improvements.
• Deep Shopify experience including Liquid, apps, navigation, and structured data.

Responsabilidades

• Own SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap across U.S. brands.
• Ship technical SEO on Shopify including crawlability, indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Improve product data and page templates for AI shopping assistants.
• Write and optimize content across PDPs, collections, landing pages, FAQs, and blog with AI support.
• Manage off site authority through link building and unlinked‑mention reclamation with PR coordination.
• Own reporting on non‑brand traffic, rankings, and AI visibility, and set targets with Finance.
