Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a senior SEO leader in Dallas to drive an integrated SEO and AEO strategy that ties organic discovery to measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to optimize complex funnels and ensure data-driven growth.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in technical SEO and experience with AI discovery, ownership of dashboards, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset in a dynamic marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive SEO leadership for large digital marketplaces.
• Advanced technical SEO fluency: crawling, structured data, JS rendering, IA.
• Proven experience with AEO, GEO, and AI discovery strategies.
• High proficiency with Google Search Console, analytics platforms, schema validators, enterprise crawlers, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated SEO and AEO strategy directly tied to business outcomes.
• Map and optimize audience demand across complex digital funnels.
• Establish search-readiness standards for expert content and AI citation.
• Conduct deep technical audits to identify root causes and prioritize roadmaps with engineering.
• Develop dashboards to forecast, experiment, and measure AI discovery visibility and traffic.
