Schedule: 12-Month Contract (Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote)

Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end technical SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to maximize cross-platform digital discoverability across traditional and emerging AI search ecosystems.
• Engineer comprehensive site measurement frameworks and executive dashboards to translate complex behavioral telemetry into high-impact, data-driven proposals.
• Optimize digital conversion funnels and on-site search architecture to deliver seamless user navigation and elevate candidate acquisition rates.
• Champion cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and creative teams to ensure scalable execution of metadata and taxonomy standards.
