Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager in Program Management in Fullerton, CA to lead critical radar program execution. The role manages cost, schedule, and technical performance across Sentinel production programs, interfacing with multiple sites and partners, while ensuring EVMS discipline and regular reporting to senior leadership.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, onsite work in Fullerton, and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Existing Secret Security Clearance (DoD) or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• EVMS certified with applied experience as an EVMS practitioner, IPT Lead, EV Manager on a programme.
• Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, developing proposal review and start-up packages for management review and approval.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of critical radar portion of prime program.
• Develop and manage milestones, program plans, schedules and budgets with EVMS.
• Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and cost estimates; conduct risk/opportunity assessment.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship and report program performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-business teams to apply resources to program execution.
• Coordinate with Sentinel programs to align Master Schedule and product line strategy.
• Contribute to proposals, white papers, statements of work and Basis of Estimates.
