Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio in Fullerton, CA. The role oversees the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, interfacing with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and managing budgets and proposals.

You will lead a dispersed team, drive RLPM pursuits, and coordinate with internal partners while traveling up to 10% domestically and internationally. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with extensive defense industry experience favored.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Prior program/project management experience.
• Prior EVMS experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production program cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Manage risk and opportunities to minimize risk.
• Hold accountability for profit, AOP, and financial reviews.
• Develop and grow annual revenue and five-year plan.
